This is the advice my therapist gave me recently. Goigng through depression will always be the hardest thing I’ve been through, especially when it stops me from achieving things. Depression is one of the things that breaks my confidence down and plays on my insecurities, but I’m learning slowly through recovery that those voices telling me I’m not good enough and that I’m worthless aren’t true and I need to fight back against those voices. It’s the toughest thing and a daily battle, but aim to do right no matter what you feel.

At-Home Core Workout:
15 V-Ups 
25 Crunches
20 Leg Lifts
Bicycles to failure
Plank to failure
Repeat this circuit 3-5 times. Remember, QUALITY over quantity.. it’s better to get less quality reps in than all the reps but half-hearted! Use slow and controlled movements and remember to breathe out when contracting. Squeeze HARD at the top of each movement. Failure means literally until you physically cannot perform another repetition with proper form.
